Your keys are stored in a certified key cabinet in a secure location. Each key is labeled with a unique, anonymous code (so without address information), so that safety and privacy are always guaranteed. Only authorized personnel have access to these keys.

Key handover to guests
We welcome your guests upon arrival, explain the use of the home (such as alarm systems, air conditioning or Wi-Fi), and are ready to answer any questions. Do you prefer a self check-in? Then we provide a reliable key safe on site, including instructions and remote guidance.

Grant access to third parties
When work is planned – think of cleaning, maintenance, installations or deliveries – we ensure that the right people are given access to the home. This is done exclusively by appointment and under supervision if desired, so that you do not have to worry about who enters.
